There is a Mobile service in the West Midlands who appear to be well thought of.  It is a growing trade, and I would guess if you googled "Mobile Auto Locksmith" you would find one far cheaper than a Jaguar main dealer.

I know a guy who is mobile travels the country did my keys for my BMW great service asked him about my x type I just bought and he said he can supply and code the keys for my 52 plate x type so would assume it would be the same for 54 plate but he carnt do all jaguar models 

Anybody with the diagnostic software can program keys (imobiliser and fob function).

I have had a guy out and he has now cut me two keys but the immobiliser has come on and says it needs a password. The problem is that he got a passcode from his equipment and it send to send the passive to get the password but no inkling of where to send this passcode. 

I really need my car as I am stir crazy in this lockdown. 

Does anyone know who I contact or where to send this code to get the code to remove the immobiliser

I would try a Jaguar main dealer or even ring Jaguar directly.
