Does anyone know how much a heated windscreen costs to replace, mine has a deformity in the drivers eye line which is very annoying. It's a 2004 2.5 se,  many thanks.

HI

Hit it with something and phone autoglass, then the cost of you access

I bet there over £500 to buy, you pay your insurance, why not getting a bit of it back

that's what I'd do

cheers

Joe

love the graphic design on the front end... roaaaaahhh,   good luck with getting the screen done.

Took mine to auto glass for a quote. They said they would do it on the insurance. I said it's not broken and they replied it soon will be. :whistling:

Check your policy. Many policies don't quote an excess on windscreens and on many you don't even have to get the insurers approval, just go ahead and do it.

Just had the screen replaced on mine, just paid the excess, after a bit of banter with the Autoglass fitter he advised if I were to have gone down the non insurance route the cost would have been around the £600 mark. what surprised me is there not allowed to purchase the screens for their own use, or foreigners as we used to call them.
