I am buying a 2012 XF and the air vents do not rotate when you start up , do all air vents rotate or is there a problem.Thanks.

Hi

If the heating / ventilation is off they will remain closed. Have you checked Heating ventilation is switched on?

There is a setting to determine whether they open or not - if it is set to 'not', then they will only open at start up if the climate control was on when you turned the car off...

Trust this helps

The vehicle battery is probably low or on it's way out, try charging the battery. My car only gets used once or twice a week and the same would happen. Worked after charging battery or after a bit of a run out. Eventually had to replace the battery.
