Hi everyone, last month I bought a 2018 f type R and I am less than impressed with the handling. When you are pushing on it seems to dance around and doesn't feel planted, not like my mates 2016 Aston Martin vantage. It doesn't give me the confidence to follow him on twisty b roads. Even on an A road it seems skittish when you get over a ton. My Skoda Octavia VRS feels much better at high speed which shouldn't be the case, any ideas?

I am going to Cornwall the week after next, so I hope you have got your handling problems sorted by then, especially on some of those smaller twisty roads in Cornwall, where I might be coming the opposite way. I will not though be doing "a ton ."😆😉

Best Wishes and Regards, John

HI

As above really, would get a 4 wheel alignment done, which will hightlight any issues and hopefully sort it

might be also worthwhile getting it plugged in to Jaguar SDD, To check the active damping is working correct, which can make a massive difference

cheers

Joe
