Hello all. I have a problem with my windscreen washer wipers. When pressing the auto wash button on the stalk the fluid squirts out but the wipers don't wipe. They work when used normally and the auto wiper setting works fine. Also the washer level warning is on although I have topped up the reservoir. Any help/ advice would be appreciated

Regards,

David.

Welcome to the Club, David.

The problem sounds very electrical.  Is there any message in the message centre?

Regards,

Peter.

Thanks Peter, I've just put another couple of pints of washer fluid in and everything is now working fine. Strange.......

David, ...  Why did I not think of that?........ Possibly because I am a creature of habit who checks the old and other fluids every week and tops up the screen wash every week whether it needs it or not.

I believe that if your car has headlamp washers the screenwash reservoir is bigger.

Peter.
