  1. Hi everyone, I'm going to look at my very first jag on Monday YES, only a day away! I am 63 and determined to have the car of my dreams before having to hang on to a zimmer. I'm going for an XKR 2002 with only 32,000 miles. It's a real honey, metallic black with black and caramel upholstery. I know, I know, everyone tells me I'm crazy but if I only have a few good years from it I will be delighted and actually the insurance will be cheaper than on my current Mini Cooper. OK guys and gals, I can hear you laughing from here but why not get a bit of the best eh? My husband of 42 years passed away over a year ago so I'm doing this all on my own - what an adventure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish me luck folks. Will post again soon, unless I'm so besotted I can't bear to leave it. :D :D :D
  2. Welcome, sorry to hear of your problems, could be an idea to contact Jaguar directly and explain the situation, also could be worth telling the dealer that you are not satisfied with the way they have dealt with your complaints and that you are taking it another dealer, but at their cost, also could worth saying the dealer that you are contacting your local trading standards officer at the council, that the car is not fit for purpose, due to the amount of times that it has gone back to the dealer and problems still not resolved, good luck.
