no problem Paul
that's what we are for mate just one other thing a air con engineer told me once that certain cars don't get very cold at all so anything that got down between 6 and 2 was a good result

try either between the rad and grill or down behind the front bumper area that's where most seem to be
good luck

morning sacha
you may be right on looks but as i needed space i think i have the best of all worlds (my opinion)
as i have loads of space with the estate - ride / comfort - very good MPG - & Iv'e still got the looks / lines of the big cat what more can one ask.
best regards Ron

as posted above most batteries now have covers for pos / neg sides, there is however a cheaper way of doing things with everything.
I have known people in the past use a plastic top of a spray can as a quick fix and a piece of tape as peter has said.

hi sacha
peter has hopefully steered you in the right direction for the s type, but if your looking for a chain driven car try the x type
later models are chain driven and still have loads of space and will return good mpg and the comfort/ride of a jaguar
good luck with hunting down your new car

hi all
just need some extra info if poss when im in 5th gear and doing 70mph my rev gauge seems to be running a little higher than other cars ive had its sitting around the the 2225 / 2500 range or
2.1/4 / 2.1/2 rev's on the clock can any who has a 2.0 diesel do a quick test for me or if there's is any different maybe its just me but it does seem a bit high at this speed range and for the size of car
