Give this one a wide berth

Featured Replies

If you're looking for a diesel S Type, I'd give this one a wide berth if I were you.

Denis and I went to look at it today and the best that can be said is that it's a dangerous illegal car which would get you disqualified and quite possibly killed, with tyres being down to the inner carcass.

As for the rest of the car, well it goes downhill from there. It has been used as a builder's van and it shows. dried concrete looks very decorative on the upholstery.

There isn't a single panel that hasn't been damaged and very amateurishly bodged up.

What a waste of a 200 mile trip..

Hi

Thats the only problem, they allways look good in the pictures

you get there and they look terrible

Ive had that many times, I looked a good few before i bought i bought mine

the trick is to wait and be patient, I ended up buying one local in the end

and dont rush out and buy the first one you see

cheers

Joe

Must admit it does look good in the pictures though. Guess the "loads of paper with this car" were the empty cement bags then?

You would have to check the pointing on it first though :surprise:
