You cant miss it! It is located on the exterior rear right quarter! If you cant find it by eye as it pokes out I would say its been previously removed. If you have no signal open your boot, remove the side carpet to the right until you find what should be a amplifier then the aerial lead. If thats missing then you need to do some reconstruction.

Hi Mark  no aerial is visible on the outside of my XKR the radio signal is fine I was just wandered where the aerial was as on my old XF it was on the roof.

Hi Carl,

There is no visible aerial on my s type ]07] - I think it is in the body of the car somewhere.

I believe the aerial is integrated in the rear screen heating element

Apologies re read your post your aerial was antenna 1 but has been removed (lucky you)

Positioning could vary as to who did this for you, could be within rear screen as mentioned or could be a hidden aerial positioned somewhere in the rear.

Carl,

Is your Portfolio a special edition equipped with Celestial Black paint, Big Red Alcon Calipers with crescent Grooved Discs and 5 spoke 20" chrome effect wheels? If so then it is actually a 2008 Portfolio like mine which was first registered in Sept 2007 (57 plate) and being a 2008 X150 model (in Jaguar speak) the aerial is and always has been in the tailgate as described in 2 pdf.

Mark was right first time - what a difference a year makes, lol.

Oh, I hope i'm right about which Portfolio yours is , if not then I'm wrong!!
