I would appreciate any recommendations for an all weather cover for my recently acquired S-TYPE

Hi Paul,

Just wondered if you ever got a cover for your S-Type please?

I'm looking to get one for my newly-acquired 2005 model and would appreciate any advice on what you either recommend or what I should avoid.

Thanks,

AG

I bought one of these this summer. More practical than a full cover and I can pop it on at work to stop the interior from being cooked. I think mine is a medium size.

I have always bought covers from this company on eBay, including for my 2006 S-Type Sport which is wrapped in one at present.. They are excellent value at £40, are waterproof and soft lined. Best of all, they come with straps which tie to the alloys and an underbody strap (my S-Type lives outdoors). Check out aceautostoreuk . Gerry

I have just bought a 2003 S Type R and I keep her outside so I need an all weather cover.

I don't want to spend a fortune on one so can anyone advise please?

Many thanks

Adrian

Hi

Unless your buying a good one, as there reasonable expensive then I would no bother

the cheaper ones will only mark the paint on the corners and edges as there not lined

also the cheap ones dont breath, so the car will hold damp and will sweat like nothing you've seen

ideally the best cover would be a car port, keeps the main elements off and allow the car breath and dry correct

cheers

Joe
