  1. I bought an update disc for about £30 delivered. I emailed the site with my car's details and had a quick reply telling me the correct disc. Much cheaper than going through the Jaguar main dealer. Just follow the instructions about pairing a mobile 'phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy Fame and it was an easy job. Peter.
  2. The trip to Brighton went well! Had 3 and a half hours drive down thinking `this car runs lovely, why am I getting rid of it for another the same shape??` But you know what, when I got there I parked it up the two side by side (which I forgot to take a photograph of!!) went and had a chat with the dealer (Mark of Abbott and Sons in Brighton), saw the history of the car, took it for a test drive and all I can say is... WOW! The difference is AMAZING! My old car had much higher mileage but drove well, but felt a little tired the seats were getting a bit worn etc.. This new 3.0litre has full service history, better seats being the sport model, twin exhausts, it goes like a rocket for a naturally aspirated car too. I will make a new thread and post up some pictures for those interested. But I have to say i`m well chuffed!!
