    Hi Rob, Modifications are a personal choice and far from me to advise, however, I'm not sure black rim refurb will suit the X type. I will be having my alloys restored back to original spec and think this suits the classic lines and spec. just my thoughts Andrew

    Just had the gearbox oil and filter changed Oil new sump and labour total £176 which I think is not bad got a great garage near me who don't mind if I get the parts and just let them fit it all. For anyone near Scarborough its Ramshill garage, Ramshill rd ask for Jezz and say Gordy sent you

    Hi Gordon, I am not fron the West Midlands, either. I did work in Yorkshire for 12 years as a missionary, as I am actually from Lancashire where God used to live! Getting a good garage nowadays is important! Regards, Peter.
