good morning robert and welcome to the club i think its all down to size of engine and & model type ie sport gt gti the only sure way is to get a tape out v6 sport comes out at 320mm front £83.99p - 288mm rear £64.99p v6 non sport 300mm front £88.99p - rear 288mm £64.99p thats from 2002 - 2006 models these are the only two that is listed from m-tec brakes ltd as for the pads mintex are ok but if you want better stopping power go for ebc green or yellow stuff pads this would be my choice as ive used mtec brakes on most of my cars regards ron forgot to mention i always use & have holed & grooved dics as well hope this helps ron

hi all well I have to report that all went very well today I hitched the caravan up to the x type and wow what a joy to drive on a 100 mile round trip motorway a & b roads kitty pulled well & smooth though the gears + a long uphill pull no problems so all in all the only thing I didn't do was take the mpg damm-it. so I think buying the x type was the perfect choice so my rating for car and caravan bailey ranger 460/2 combo is 100% :) :) :) :) regards Ron

please do chris I was like that at first & if the weather is with us then its always a good day out but even if its not there's normally a back up plan in place you will enjoy it regards ron

hi chris at meets /shows event a number of members get together at these have a good chat have a cuppa or a beer do some photos have some food. some events are just days out like Brighton in may - and the stirling meet in june will be a long w/end for me, wife is going shopping it will be a good w/end for me thinks. so it a chance to meet up with other jaguar owners from all walks of life and do everything & anything jaguar I enjoy these as its a chance to put faces to name and look at some iconic cars in the process ron
