Personalized car prints

Some years ago I bought a print of a pencil sketch of a Rover 75 which had been personalized with my registration number plate.

 

Does anybody know if this sort of thing is available for our cars please?

Re prints --  I had a  app called "Paper Print" on an old phone of mine which would take your photo and turn into a paper sketch.
