Old Peter 826
Hi Dave, We had a week in the Lakes last years for my 80th Birthday. The weather was good and it was so enjoyable taking a Jaguar over some of the passes! Regards, Peter.

Old Peter 826
Hi Dave, I first saw the Lake District in 1946, - camping in Ambleside with the Scouts. Since then I have walked over the fells from one end to the other, cycled and motorcycled over the roads, went there on our honeymoon, and visited on many occasions. When we had the caravan we went at least once a year. Once you have seen the Lake District, you are grabbed by its splendour . Peter.
