I just read O.T.H. post above - I don't get It so i've obviously missed previous posts somewhere.  Anyhow, I have recently upgraded my membership with JAC to a Premium member (and immediately got more than the cost of such back by using my discount card at Halfords)!  I couldn't believe it and my local branch couldn't help me enough!  If this thread was regarding a suspension of the card or something, it is obviously back to normal as mine was accepted with no problem???

I think it was to do with the website, they were having problems with repeat posts, but its all been sorted now
