Hi there, and help

Vibration from front end, when accelerating above 50 mph and stops when you take foot of pedal

Do you get the vibration when the car is stationary  ---   on your drive when you raise the revs?

If not it could be a tyre.

If so there could be something loose.

I am not a mechanical expert but the simple things are worth checking first.

Yes I would say you need to check  wheel balance or damaged Tyre--first.

As above check wheel balance and tyres

you could swap front wheels with the rear wheels and see if it moves to the back
