Hi all, I’m about to collect a 2002 one of the last X308’s tomorrow after “winning” it in the Car & Classic Auction. I have only spoken to the owner on phone, paid for the car and have not viewed it yet, of dear, what could possibly go wrong? Wish me luck…….please!

Martin, Good luck with your win. She looks a clean car in the photo listed. We await to hear more of the story as it progresses.  Best Wishes, John

Well…….I’ve got her Home!  It “ obviously “ isn’t a new car and I should have gone to view but not to bad. First thing, surprisingly is the Roof Lining Sagging, funny how all the photos “ just “ managed to not go quite high enough to show it! Common problem but I still think it should have been mentioned in the very comprehensive listing. SRS Light is illuminated, again no mention and looking through the Service Bills it seems it was addressed at a Service in Jan 20 dropped the Steering Column and Airbag to replace the Casette, wrong part supplied so put all back together! Only one Key and one Remote. Am I being picky?

other than the above, it looks and drives great, everything seems to be working, so all in all happy!  A few jobs to keep me out of trouble!
