  1. Is the engine turning over when you try to start or just nothing at all? Are the ignition lights all coming on?
  2. I have been to the breakfast club a few times. Lots to look at and met some great people there too.
  3. Hi Steve, and welcome to the group. I also purchased a 2010 XF 3.0 V6 about 2 years ago. To be honest, I don't think the problems are any different to that of any other car manufacturer. However, I have replaced the cam belt, rear suspension arm, crossover valve, 4 new tyres, alternator pully and soon to have pads and discs all round to name but a few issues. These do add up over the years!! ££££££££
  4. Just been quoted £757 for front an rear pads, discs and sensors. By a local Jaguar specialist. Good value or should I shop around?
  5. I use the Pirelli P Zero on my XF. Seems nice enough
  6. Can you lock/unlock the car by having the fob near and pressing the button on the door handle?
  7. Do you have a code reader? Most of them will allow you turn off the service lights.
  8. Hi Simon, welcome to the club. Lovely looking car.
  9. Yes you do. The key blade will open the doors, but you cant start the engine without a transponder being coded.
  10. Welcome to the forum. Lots of useful knowledge on here. Car looks great. I hope you have many years of driving with it.
  11. I agree with Jim. I used to work from home regularly and I would need to plug in my C-Tek charger once a month for about 24hrs as the car wasn't being regularly used and several minor electrical faults would pop up. Since starting the new job back in December, I am driving about 65 miles a day, predominantly on the motorway, and I have had no battery / electrical issues at all (touch wood). I can only assess that this is due to the amount of driving I am doing and keeping the battery topped up.
