  1. This looks like a week spot, I had mine dye tested the other day, and by your description that is exactly where mine was leaking. Keep you all posted.
  2. Had the occasion to reluctently call my local Jaguar Agent, to enquire about removing locking wheel nuts from my S Type.( my nut remover has stripped its pins). They dont supply just a new nut remover, but, if I take it to there workshop they will remove them for, wait for it, £60 odd. and sell me a set of wheel nuts for only £89.00. Guess what I did, passing my local garage that I usualy use, happened to mention it to mechanic. He removed them and wouldnt take any money. and suggested I go to local motor factors and buy a set of locking nuts, because after all my wheels are only Ford Wheels. Jop done for princely sum of £10.00. Happy or what.????
  3. Sorry Pezzer, you dont have to be like that. Just start another post, we love to read about these problems. Regards Stan

  7. OK, not a lot of response there, appear to have gone of track a little. from a/c to underseal in one easy post. Well fitted new Condenser. but still have leek and apparently it is a big one. going to check all the O rings. but there appeard to be nothing obviously leaking. Condenser was in need of changing because the bottom part was rotten.could have done without added expense though. Hope I dont have your three way valve problem Mike.
  8. No drips on drive Peter only me. Went to have re gas done and would not work. so no gas in there. Never worked since I bought car. Discovered a badly battered condenser, so it is hand in pocket again. If you came on the M69 yesterday you passed with in a Quarter of a mile from me, we live in Burbage. Will keep you posted with developments. Stan. ps Have you seen the work involved in changing a condenser.
