I'm sorry if my previous comment has taken this thread away from its original direction.

I'm not being in any way provocative or judgmental. I don't have the re-map but I do have lots of other mods which are declared to my insurers and would be interested to see which, if any insurers were more leniently disposed to modifications than others with a view to saving money :yes:

Markerstudy, via A-Plan in Bletchley, are really relaxed about mods, I've been using them since I started modifying my MGF. Worth giving them a try if you're insurer takes the dim view of modifications that many standard insurers do :wink:

Because I went down the savings to the environment route, my premiums remained unaltered
