Well the car been into the Jaguar service for its annual services. Nothing wrong with the service, but they struggled to get OEM brakes! Apparently a shortage of stock in the UK. The brakes on my XF are a bigger spec, but maybe worth checking if you are due soon as apparently because of all the delays with imports, certain parts are running very low!

Hi Darren,

Thankyou. That's a bit worrying, Thanks for letting us know.

Kind Regards,

Julie

As a newcomer to Jaguar for the second time in my 71 years and not owned since I was about 18. I have found the need to obtain parts several times recently and this supplier has proved very fruitful for me. Also very helpful on the telephone, with advice and quick with delivery.

Regards, John

hi

not worth buying genuine ones, there no better than after market ones and stupid prices

the original brake pads are poor as well, all they do is make dust

fitted brembo discs on mine and EBC Red stuff pads, brakes work far better and next to no dust on the wheels

the disks on mine are huge as well

cheers

Joe

You don’t need to pay Jaguar prices for OEM parts, with a little research OEM parts can be had for a lot less.

Don't normally use main dealers, but with prices on the rise for my particular model, feels like a worthwhile investment to try and protect it value with a full history with Jaguar.

A lot of people do still look for main dealer history rightly or wrongly 😃

Each to their own, but fi you fitted a proprietory brand like EBC you could always quote it as an upgrade to the original. I doubt that alone would devalue the car when you come to resell.

You will be surprised on rare editions how much people will pay extra for a full main dealer history 😀
