I think any product that can promote regular vehicle maintenance checks such as brake fluid condition is a good thing.

More than often, the brake fluid is overlooked and should be changed at a minimum of every two years as it absorbs moisture (hygroscopic) and leads to decreased boiling point which can lead to a loss of brake pressure.

I say, go for it and handy addition to anyones tool box

I have compared its reading and judgement of the condition of my Hydraulic Brake Fluid v using a Multimeter reading to judge the condition (water content) and have had the same result from both ways of measuring. Admittedly the reading is very good with well under the acceptable level of water content, but I have not tested any brake fluid that is below an accepted level. Mainly because I have non, thankfully.
