Hi Rod,

That must be a nice drive by Jaguar!

Over the past few years I've had several trips up to Ryedale, for work, but in various company cars. Bought my XF last October when I (semi) retired, no chance yet to 'go north', but have had a few trips across to my in-laws in Tipperary.

Cheers,

Jon

Thank you Peter! I’m so new I have yet to pick the car up! I must wait until Friday!  I’ve always liked the Jaguars, so I am looking forward to owning one.  Going to enjoy the four-hour jaunt home!  To SW Scotland! Tae Bonnie Galloway!

Originally from Surrey, lived in St Austell Cornwall for over 25 years now.

Only had my Jag for 10 months, loving it.

That's a long trip, Donald.  I have visited Scotland quite a lot, from climbing in the Cuillins to drink to many places, and a bit by boat to Iona and Staffa.

And when they had Steelworks in Scotland they knew me well.  I only found out on my son's wedding that I was known as "The wee Man."

Regards,

Peter.
