Have recently upgraded to Premium membership + and ordered T,shirt and Mug. Have had letter and sticker.Nothing else. Tried to contact using www,jaguarownwersclub/membershipFAQ but not recognised. Help.


I upgraded to Premium Membership, Margaret.  I got the letter and two stickers [one BMW -- swearword].  I ordered the T shirt and it came a week later.

 

I thick it could be the supplier sending them out.

Got the right stickers but it has been at least 3/52 since t.shirt and mug were ordered with upgrade.Need my early morning cuppa and the t.shirt to say bin there done that. :rolleyes:

How long after becoming a premium member is reasonable to wait for the t-shirt? I also ordered a mug at the same time and still not received either, I became a premium member 31st August? Should I have received it by now?

maybe santas bringing it haha sorry james coudnt help that one. i took out the £15 job. as i didnt like the t-shirts on offer, and to pay extra fiver for a mug. well come on. the halfords card is good though. as are the other disscounts. but me and my wife & mates family went to blackpool holiday weekend in september. and althou i had read the code on the site . to get in to the attractions that the disscounts cover you have to phone in advance to get. a bit of a red neck at the till. and stung for full price (i had to pay as it was me with the big mouth) my advice is to contact steve admin. he will help you regards charlie

Ordered mine today when I took out premium membership will be interesting to see if I get the right stickers and how long my t shirt and mug take to arrive

I also took out a premium membership about 4 weeks ago I soon had the Halfords card through the post but no stickers .?????

Joined premium upgrade three weeks ago got my two stickers and my discount but no t shirt or mug.....to say I am disappointed is an understatement especially as I paid extra to have them how do I go about either a receiving the goods I have paid for or getting my money back.....as paid for goods and not received them ......ANNOYED

I've just raised an Owners Club Support request, we'll see how that goes. 3 months is getting rather silly now.

To be honest i dont' want the items now, just my money back...i am not blaming the club one bit as not down to them but there seems to be a issue with the supplier, are the supplier aware that paying for something then not recieving the items is fraud...to be honest if this isn;t sorted by the end of the week i will be taking the matter further LEGALLY if it means taking legal action against the supplier then i will....YOU CAN SEE HOW ANNOYED I AM...

Most merchandise was on print on demand. We had some issues with the post on these and have now addressed this by doing the post ourselves. Seems their courier is useless. We are now seeing more reliable postage since we have been doing these through November.

 

I will try and address issues. Anyone having issues not getting their T-Shirt then please contact me at [email protected]
