  2. Hi Peter I've seen that before from a previous post of yours, clearly your good lady, has a liking for sporty little numbers, hence her liking for your S Type!
  3. There you are, Steve. SWMBO once bought a a brand new car because she liked the green seatbelts. Peter.

Hi Bill When was the last time the AC was re-gassed? That may be something to look into Steve
  5. Thanks Joe and Peter,it sounds mechanical ,will be having a go at it in the next couple of weeks ,so I will keep you posted. I have downloaded instructions on how to remove the seat and the electric circuit diagrams from Jagrepair.com I dont know if any members know this site but it is fairly comprehensive with many common problems with photos on how to repair.
  6. Hi Sounds nasty! Before spending pounds chasing fault after fault I'd take to an independent Jaguar service agent such as E & E Services Milton Keynes and get them to do a diagnostic on it. That should identify what needs replacing. I had a 'Handbrake fault' a couple of years ago during snow, that prevented the shift lever from being moved. E & E's came out, plugged laptop in and reset alarms. Best part, I didn't get charged! Best of luck Colin
