That's not an indy, that's a main dealer!

Don't be fooled by the £99 service either. Oil and filter change is NOT a service. If you got the leaflet HA Fox sent out, by the time you add the 'extras' the service costs £325!!

Plus whatever the pull on the so called health checks.

Thanks Dell, as Chris mentions above these are main dealers - I use them from time to time to get parts but that's about it.

Like the topic and particularly interested as I've only had my gorgeous cat since Feb. I live between Bath and Bristol so any recommendations for this area would be welcome!

I have just joined the owners club and have owned my terrific XKR (2001 reg) since last July. I live in Redditch so would also like any recommendations for reasonable rates and first class independant mechanics in central/south Birmingham and Worcs/Warks.

I may well do that but unsure on family commitments at present - my daughter's wedding is only a few weeks later. Will keep it in mind though; I have driven past it on the M40 so many times and thought it would be a good place to go but haven't so far.

I'm a recent Jaguar re-purchaser (2010 XK 5.0 Portfolio since you ask) and when I had a V8 S-Type a couple of years ago Shaun from S&C (the C is his wife) looked after it brilliantly.

 

The site is on a scruffy estate which looks very unpromising but Shaun and his guys know their stuff so don't be put off by the environment.
