It is quite possible given the recent hot weather and any moisture within the vehicle. If it doesn’t smell of mould then it may just require a good clean. I would, however, pay particular attention to the door and window seals.😊

R18 is ok for a NA Rob though it won’t fit on a XKR due to the bigger callipers.😊

I have the icarsoft 930 reader for mine which is jag specific. A generic one may work depending on which type though at this point you have nothing to lose.
