There is one that is spoken very highly of in Doncaster.

I have to commend North Wales Jag Cente. Matthew looks after my S Type and I've seen every model there including XK120, several E Types and all the very latest models. They're on the web.

 

If you have to wait, the St George hotel facing the see does a very pleasant light lunch.

I live in Sutton Coldfield and use a mobile mechanic, and have done for over 10 years.  Reliable and a lot cheaper than Stratsone.  Contact me if you would like me to make contact with him.

Hi Peter, I'm new to the club and am not sure how to use these forum site so please forgive me! I've just purchased an x type and am looking to have a couple of reliable jag mechanic names in the area. I live close to Nuneaton so was interested in your comment about a mobile guy around the Sutton Coldfield area. Is he still around? I have seen CFS Motors listed on another Jag club site and have mine booked in with him for a service. He sounds quite good. Do you know of them? Look forward to chatting with fellow owners. My mobile mechanic, unfortunately, only works in the North Birmingham area, and is very busy. He says it is too time-consuming to work outside the area.

 

Hi did my service including an oil change today --  £180.

 

I do know of a garage in Atherstone called Spanners who are also quite good.

 

There is a Midlands meet currently being organised and you will see it on The Jaguar Owners Lounge.  No date or venue has been finalised but I do know of another Nuneaton Member who will be going.

Was going to make a suggestion but was beaten to it by Graham669! Have since been to Rob at Northfield and fully endorse the recommendation - I have recently learned they do bodywork as well as mechanicals ..   :)
