Hi Paul Surely if you are in cruise control and you select sports mode it will drop a gear and expect you to take control of the throttle out of cruise control . Frank

Hi Paul I quite like it it given the interior a more sporty look and although my sporty days are over and I'm just a cruiser now I think perhaps it will appeal to the faster guys. And I will say in doing it -- it looks to me that you have done a real professional job well done. Frank

I had third party at one time [ a few years now] then found that there's not a lot of difference for the cost of fully comp . Frank

Hi Simon I agree with you on the head-gasket but in past post's David has said the waters not circulating.??? So I think if the thermostat's oK it must be the pump .???? I would have it off and check the impellers because I'm almost sure its plastic or nylon blades and I have known them to fail on other cars .????

Hi --I would say you have a impeller problem with the water pump as it sounds as though the waters not circulating hardly at all.?? If it was a head gasket problem enough to cause this problem it would be over pressuring the system really bad . Frank

I agree- with a friendly club as this no one wants the rules pushed in front of them because they know how to conduct them self's with out that. There must be a reason why someone wants to push things close to breaking the rules all the time WHY.??? Lets keep this friendly and all enjoy the good nature of the club . Frank

Hi David --Sorry to hear of your problem and from my own experience and other owners I would say the first thing to do is check your battery a faulty or low battery will cause all sorts of problems ---Best of luck Frank

I totally agree with you Peter and Ken when someone joins the club young or old you like to come in nice and gentle at first then after a while get to know the members the layout and then ask a question if you have a problem .???? This is a friendly club lets keep it that way a friendly welcome is the norm not a demand.?? Frank

Hi Darren l would say its the jets or needles Fist of all I would set the jets about the same as each other and quite low and make sure the needles are both in the same slot .??? If you set them to give more fuel and then it over fuels when ticking over just reset again .???? Frank
