can anyone out point me in the direction of a independent jag guy that will not charge me the earth for a front cambelt change.

also worth looking on the Jaguar site, as they offer fixed priced servicing, also they only genuine parts, a indy might not

Several years ago I saw a few main dealers offering to do the cam belt change  for a very reasonable price and cheaper than other garages.

They've been doing mine for a few years and they use Jag parts as a rule, also have a courtesy car.

Hi Mike,

Loyalty to a particular garage or mechanic is always a good idea.  I have used the same mobile mechanic  for 16 years and he has never let me down.
