Headliner ( when the X350 headlining sags the big polystyrene lump that it's glued onto, known as 'The Biscuit', has to come out to make a job of it). (How do I know???)

Newspaper (the biscuit in my old Volvo 760 was literally made of shoddy - compressed cardboard - you can imagine how that fared after 30 years getting repeatedly heated/cooled/damp/heated etc!)
